Concentration Exercises

These exercises are very good for improving concentration. There is a wide variation in the time taken by children to complete these exercises. Some children take more time to complete them.

These exercises are good for children with attention disorder. The exercise makes one remain engrossed for some time. Brain is habit forming. Regular practice of concentration exercises of various kinds can increase the span of attention of children. These exercises can make a child sit for some time and do an activity. This habit can percolate to studies as well.

These activities would be useful not only for children with learning difficulty but also for others. If parents/teachers can time the exercise, it would tell them whether the speed of the brain has improved.

This activity is also good for hand-eye coordination.
